You can trust Katy Perry when it comes to finding one-of-a kind outfits! Yesterday we spotted her arriving at her London hotel wearing an amazing USA/UK pleather flag dress! The singer matched the dress with blood red lips and a high ponytail and we have to say, she's never looked better!
