It looks like singer Katy Perry had a really good time at Phillipe's restaurant in Los Angeles last night! Katy, looking fab and on trend as usual in a long sleever mini-dress, belt boots and a gold handbag had to be lead out to her waiting car by the arm as she was a little unstable on her feet. Maybe a little too much wine with her meal? The great thing about Katy is she always looks camera ready and lovely, even if she has partied a little too much!
