Katy Perry is apparently over her failed romance with Travis McCoy. She came in a sparkling mood and went dining with a female friend at Katsuya, then headed to Bardot with a mystery male. Now who is that?! Katy and Travis split at the beginning of the year, with her rapid rise to fame being blamed for the end of their relationship. But that doesn't seem to bother her, she's already back in the game!
