It's such a shame when families start fighting over the success of one family member. Apparently Katy Perry has had quite a falling out with her mother Mary Hudson after she wrote an revealing new memoir, discussing her relationship with her pop star daughter. Katy's parents, who you all probably know by now are devoted Christians, has always cast aspersions of Katy's risqué stage outfits and lyrics but this time, they've actually gone and published a book about it!

Recalling an incident backstage at one of Katy's shows, Mary Hudson writes, "Katy stepped out from behind the changing doors in a tiny risqué costume. No mother wants to see the top of her daughter's boobs."

She then goes on to write how Katy has betrayed her Christian roots and how her music feeds the flesh and not the spirit.

Sure, Katy may not be a typical Christian girl - but how Christian is it to write a tell-all book about your own daughter? We really don't think Katy is to blame in this family drama.
