Katy Perry appeared on British comedian Alan Carr's talk show last night and there must have been an after-party! When Katy left the ITV studios, she was looking really tipsy! She opened the sun roof of her car as soon as she spotted fans and started signing autographs and laughing and joking with around too. You can see she is totally wasted on some of these pictures, London's one fun town isn't it Katy?!
