The movie "My Week With Marilyn" has just hit theaters and the producers are already planning to make a Broadway musical based on the movie! But who would play Marilyn? Well, producers want Katy Perry!
"If the movie works, I would try to make it a musical and I would go to Katy first," movie producer, Harvey Weinstein reveals. "I think she can play Marilyn on the Broadway stage...I think she would be amazing."

We've always seen Katy as a pop princess, but would she be a perfect Marilyn Monroe? We think so! She could definitely pull it off! (uk.eonline)
