Kate Winslet smoked and talked with an unknown man outside of Pastis in the Meatpacking District in New York. We thought that Kate was health itself and are a little bit disappointed on this otherwise so good role model. Later the actress tried to hail a cab without seeing the one right behind her.

But this guy may be one
of Kate's friends. Also, the cab could have been
taken already... but it looks parked so there's
the possibility there was no one inside. And maybe
