Apparantly Oscar favourite Kate Winslet and her husband director Sam Mendes are both so afraid of dying in a plane crash, that they never fly together! Paranoid? maybe not, they have both had some scary experiences in the past. Sam was supposed to be on one of the flights that hit on 9/11 and Kate was on a plane held up by someone claiming to be a terrorist! Scary stuff!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie raved about each other in seperate interviews on the SAG Awards red carpet, with Angelina saying Brad is the person she admires most in the world and Brad gushing about Angelina's timeless beauty! About time these two got a bit chatty! As usual the red carpet was streaming with celebs such as Desperate Housewives Marcia Cross, Eva Longoria, Nicollette Sheridan and Teri Hatcher; Penelope Cruz, America Ferrera, Kate Winslet, Anne Hathaway and Amy Adams. Its wasn't a great night for fashion, the dresses mostly looked too frilly. We think Evan Rachel Wood was definitely the star style of the night!

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio are reunited again. They are both in the cast for the romantic drama Revolutionary Road. Yesterday they attended the premiere of the film in the Westwood section of Los Angeles. Their friend Russell Crowe also showed up and showed off his new hairstyle. But the strongest shining star was Kate, she looked smoking and sparkled all night!

Kate Winslet smoked and talked with an unknown man outside of Pastis in the Meatpacking District in New York. We thought that Kate was health itself and are a little bit disappointed on this otherwise so good role model. Later the actress tried to hail a cab without seeing the one right behind her.
