Oopsy! Kate Middleton is dealing with a nude photo scandal after being photographed topless while vacationing in France last week and the royal family is very upset. A French magazine published photos of Kate and her husband Prince William, while she was taking her bikini top off! The pictures have been taken through a long camera lens and the Palace officials, threatening legal action, have blasted what they call a "grotesque" invasion of privacy. A spokesman for St James's Palace says: "The incident is reminiscent of the worst excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, and all the more upsetting to The Duke and Duchess for being so."
