Along with her cute little boy Ryder, Kate is living it up on a friend's yacht, splurging on the great Italian shops and of course the the famous icecream! We even spotted Kate flirting with quite a dishy Italian man, so she can't be as obsessed with A-Rod as everyone keeps saying she is! She looks like a gorgeous single mom on holiday to us, not an irritating groupie at all!
