We would pay a fortune to know what really does go on in the mind of Mr. Kanye West! It's just been revealed that Kanye has had a very unlikely stylist making his fashion choices for him for the last 6 months. The stylist in question recently gave an interview to retailer Opening Ceremony about it and this is how it all came to be.
19-year-old Yale student Cassius Clay was shopping at Barney's in New York this summer, when Kanye West spotted him and complimented him on his style. He then went on to propose they'd exchange emails, and shortly thereafter contacted him and asked if he'd be interested in working for him as a stylist. Cassius then dropped out of Yale University, where he was studying art history to join Kanye's entourage as his stylist.
It seems anything really is possible in New York! Oh how we love modern fairy tales.
