Kanye West and fiancée Alexis Phifer split!

Rapper Kanye West and his fiancée of a year and a half, Alexis Phifer have broken off their engagement. Phifer confirmed to People that the rumours are true and that she's very sad it had to end like this. She does add however that she and Kanye remain friends and that she wishes him all the best in the future! The couple who got engaged on the island Capri in 2006 have not been seen together for a while and sources report that they've been having a tough time. We hope they're alright, break-ups are never very fun!
