Britney Spears' latest album, Circus, was expected to debut with over 450,000 copies sold but Britney has surpassed the expectations. According to Hits Daily Double, the pop princess has now sold 504,507 copies of Circus and made it to the top of the U.S. album charts. She's sold more albums in her first week than Kanye West and Beyonce did with their new albums. Good job Britney!

Last night the 2008 American Music Awards was held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, California. The list of celebrities was impressive! Big artists like Kayne West, Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Akon, Ne-Yo, Pink, Natasha Bedingfield, Nicole Scherzinger, Chris Brown and Alicia Keys were there. Young artists like Ashley Tisdale, Miley Cyrus, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Corbin Bleu, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift and Jesse McCartney also attended the huge gala. After the show Rihanna had the weirdest outfit on. Enrique Iglesias was smoking hot and Paris Hilton thought she was to!

Rihanna and Chris Brown still haven't confirmed their relationship but now it seems like Rihanna has a new guy! It was on a T.I concert that she was backstage and met Kanye West. According to Star, Rihanna sat in Kanye's lap and they kissed! People were chocked and when Rihanna noticed that people were looking, she immediately wanted to be escorted to her lounge by the security. Good girl gone bad!

Kanye West arrested!

A photographer was trying to take pictures of Kanye West at the airport in Los Angeles when Kanye allegedly confronted the photographer and smashed his camera to the ground. When Kanye realized that the incident had been caught on videotape, he rushed to guy with the camera and yelled: "Gimme that fucking tape!" Both Kanye and his bodyguard were arrested for vandalism and are being held on $20,000 bail.

Kanye West gives up his beach paradise for a couple of hours to play basketball in an urban area of Hawaii. Kayne is going to open 10 Fatburger franchises in the Chicago area starting in September and he looked slightly cuddly around the waist when he took his t-shirt off. Perhaps he has been enjoying a few too many of the company's famous hamburgers?

Season 8's Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez posed happily with former Top Model judge Janice Dickinson at Kanye West's Glow in the Dark Tour after-party at 1Oak in NYC yesterday. Season 9's winner Saleisha Cooper and her friend CariDee English were there too as well as Nick Cannon's ex, Victoria?s Secret model Selita Ebanks, and Lydia Hearst. Lydia was, as we pointed out yesterday, wearing the same dress that Victoria Beckham wore six months ago and we can't decide who wore it better?!
