Don't worry, Justin Timberlake isn't in jail! These are just the latest internet ads for Justin's clothing range William Rast! Thankfully we all know that Justin is a stand up guy who doesn't drive drunk like certain other celebrities (Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan to name a few) so we probably won't be seeing any real mug shots of the singer anytime soon!
