This year's Golden Globes were as star-studded and glam as ever, even though the red carpet was almost ruined by rain! Many stars like Penelope Cruz, Halle Berry, Cher and Julia Roberts wore black out of respect for the earthquake victims in Haiti, but that doesn't mean they were boring! Forget the award ceremonies for spotting your favourite Hollywood celebs! The New York Metropolitan museum has a costume Gala ball every year, and it is clearly the celebs favourite event of the year! Everyone was there from actors like Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba, Liv Tyler and Gossip Girl stars Leighton Meester and Blake Lively to fashion designers Stella McCartney, Marc Jacobs and John Galliano with supermodel dates like Kate Moss, Milla Jovovich, Tyra Banks and Agyness Deyn! It did not stop there! Music legend Madonna made quite an entrance with her amazing costume too!

The Metropolitan Opera in New York celebrated its 125th anniversary season this weekend and of course, the house was packed with celebs! Demi Moore, Ginnifer Goodwin, Claire Danes, Brooke Shields, Claudia Schiffer and couple Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger were all there to show their support. One star really stood out from the rest, for all the wrong reason, Mary-Kate Olsen looked like a complete ghost in her pale white over-powdered makeup! We were also surprised to see Kanye West and his new girlfriend Amber Rose, she doesn't really seem like your typical opera fan does she?
