Last night's Oscars red carpet was not only a super-star studded event with Hollywood's hottest stars like Jennifer Lopez, Demi Moore, Charlize Theron, Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz a of course George Clooney all walking the red carpet, it was also a fashion fest! Most ladies went really dramatic with heavily detailed skirts with frills, lace, sparkles and feathers everywhere! Our favourite moments? Twillight stars Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart on stage, Miley Cyrus' presenting of course! Who is wearing your favourite dress? We loved Sarah Jessica's retro Chanel gown, so simple and stunning with the jewelled flowers!

She just announced her engagement to the father of her two kids, Joel Madden, she has her own jewelry and accessories range called "House of Harlow", she has a maternity-line called "Peas in a Pod" and last night in New York she debuted a new line of ladieswear at the Bloomingdale's department store in time for the Fall 2010 Fashion Week! The new line is called "Winter Kate". What we really want to know is - when does she get time to look this fabulous?! What an amazing woman!

Still going strong - we hope it stays this way!

With their two small kiddies Harlow and Sparrow keeping them busy, its not often that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden get to spend much time alone, so it was nice to see them sneaking off for a romantic lunch date yesterday! The hot couple spent quality time at a sushi bar near their home in Studio City. They both looked great as usual, especially Nicole looked fantastic in a dramatic hat and leopard print coat, we just loved! What a totally cool couple!

He must have gotten tired from all the buying though because he headed straight next door for a cup of coffee when he was done shopping!

As you may already know the Los Angeles Lakers games are a popular place to hang out for Hollywood celebs, something we noticed last night! We saw Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, Mario Lopez, John McEnroe and actress Hayden Panettiere leaving the Lakers arena after the team won another game. So now you know, if you're going to LA anytime soon the Staples Center is a good celebrity spotting place!
