Perez Hilton's latest way to get attention is to help some of his favmourite singers organise secret concert ticket giveaways. Today he caused a frenzy at Kitson Boutique in Beverly Hills by bringing singer Jewel over to hand out free tickets to her LA concert this weekend! Were you one of the lucky Jewel fans who got your hands on a ticket?
