Jessica Simpson has been dating Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, for more than a year now. According to OKMagazine Jessica has been expecting a proposal since Christmas! Jessica's friends say that Tony has been really distracted since February when he hardly paid attention to his girlfriend during a Valentine's Day dinner. Jessica was overheard talking to her sister Ashlee Simpson about her dreams for a new marriage and a child of her own, but Tony is only 28 and doesn't really seem to be the marrying kind, does he?
