This Week's Worst Dressed Celebs!

Seriously what is this? The hair, the waxy make up, the skin colored maxi skirt, and the green shawl tied at her midriff...AnneLynne McCord looks like the definition of a fashion disaster. She has no taste whatsoever!

Lily Collins is gorgeous but her make up is too dark for her complexion, especially with her (dyed) black hair and that leather corset. She looks like a corpse! Busy Philipps always misses the fashion mark, but just barely. We love her hair and she looks great with red lips but they clash with her dress...which we aren't big fans of (on her). Maybe it's an unflattering angle but this black dress looks too long on Lucy Liu and gives her the weirdest looking shape. Right? And her black booties totally cut off her legs. Lea Michele in a white Katherine Kidd dress. It looks too young for her, like something a 5 year old would wear to Sunday School. Leelee Sobieski in a Mary Katrantzou dress. The dress is fun and interesting but Leelee wore it to the opening of the The Metropolian Opera season where most ladies were in long, elaborate gowns. Leelee is waaaay under dressed! There's something way off about this whole look on Jessica Lowndes. It's like a mix between cutesy-milkmaid-pin up, and her Camilla and Marc 'Sallow' dress looks a bit too low in the bust area- the girls might pop out any second! It's also very "Jessica" and we'd like to see her get out of her comfort zone sometime. Take note, Hayley Hasselhoff: never mix a sheer leopard print blouse with high waisted black pants. And a bowtie. Uggh. The top of this tulle covered Alberta Ferretti dress looks like someone attacked Eva Longoria with a scissors. We hope she escaped ok! Poor Skyler Samuels looks a bit like she should be working on a street corner. It's too red and just too much! We hate hate hate the sleeves!
Some of our favorite celebs constantly miss the fashion mark. Maybe it's bad advice or a lack of styling, but whatever it is, it would be good to invest in a good stylist who knows what looks great and what doesn't. Get Short or Go Long!

Paris Hilton just can't make up her mind. So she has gone back and forward between long and shorter hair for a while now!

Tyra Banks is a woman how like to change things up! Selena Gomez is adorable with both long and short hair! Long or short, it doesn't matter, Taylor Momsen is still going with the smokey eyes! Do you prefer Vanessa Hudgens in a longer or shorter 'do? Jessica Lowndes didn't settle with just cutting off her hair, she got bangs too! Heidi Klum also got tired of her old look and decided to cut some off! Miley Cyrus, rocking both the looks!
Celebrities like to change things up and a lot of times that means cutting off their precious curls! But just like us, celebs aren't always so eager to chop off their hair in an extreme style like pop singer Robyn. Maybe that's why when stars cut their hair they keep it simple. They go for the shoulder length hair cut. Some have their locks cut off right above the shoulder, like Paris Hilton. While others, like Miley Cyrus, chose to have it falling over the shoulder.

Actually it's pretty practical, if you have long hair this hairdo isn't too short so you will probably get used to it super fast. And if you end up hating it, well then it doesn't take too long until it grows back out again. Or just do as the celebrities when they are tired of shorter hair, get extensions!

But what do you guys prefer? Long tresses or a shorter cut?

With a blue dress you seem sophisticated, like Penelope Cruz! You can match blue with so many colors. Jessica Lowndes went for a yelllow purse! Blake look adorable in her blue dress! Whitney Port is doing some shopping in blue! Taylor Armstrong is looking so chic in her hot, blue dress! Paris Hilton chose a light blue dress, and it looks like she is pretty aware of her surroundings! Eva Mendes truly looks like the goddess of the ocean in this blue dream! Kate Walsh looks absolutely stunning in blue! Jennifer Hudson in a striped blue dress, so pretty!
Of all the summer's colors, blue is definitely one of our favorites! It's never out of fashion and it's a color everyone can pull off. Did you know that blue is the color of calmness? Seeing someone in blue, we unconsciously associate that person as someone intellectual and aware of their surroundings!

So to make this summer as harmonious as possible, why not put on a blue dress? Not only because it makes you seem like a super relaxed person but because there is nothing prettier than a blue dress with a fresh tan. You will look like a goddess of the ocean, just like our favorite celebs! Just look at how beautiful Jessica Alba and Blake Lively are in their blue gowns!

We usually love Bryce Dallas Howard, she's gorgeous! But this matron, librarian look does nothing for her! This dress just doesn't work for Jessica Lowndes. It looks like she took a piece of gold cloth, draped it around her, and then added a belt so it'd stay put. Like a glamorous toga party. This dress looks painfully uncomfortable for Cheryl Cole, she looks like a mermaid- but not in a good way! We like the dress, we like the lips, we just aren't crazy about the shoes. It's a summer event and Paris' shoes are better suited for winter. Angelina Jolie is gorgeous but this dress is too prom-y and not very season appropriate. We listed Rachel McAdams in our Best Dressed list but she also gets a spot on the Worst Dressed for this beige bustier and pants combo. Not Cannes worthy!
We aren't sure why some of our favorite celebs decided to dress in some of the ugliest clothes ever. Most of them dressed completely inappropriate for the season wearing heavy, rich colors and fabrics- uh hello, it's summer! And others dressed just all out weird. Maybe next week will be better?

This summer is all about casual pretties! One of the best ways to achieve this look is by pairing a floral dress or skirt with a simple jacket or tank and a pair of gladiator sandals. Such an easy look but always looks sooo pretty! The key to buying a floral print is to look for small dainty flowers, you don't want the huge flowers from the 1970s. Keep other patterns to a minimum, let the florals be the focus point! Floral chic is definitely the best way to achieve a fun, flirty summer look and our favorite celebs think so too!
