US Weeklys Hot Hollywood party manages to attract the hottest young celebrities every year and this year was no different! Lauren Conrad, Nicky Hilton and Christina Milian were all in the mood to party and were all looking fierce (to use Tyra Banks? catch phrase) in their dresses. The best-dressed celebrity was however none of the three, even though we love Heidis purple number, because The Hills star Stephanie Pratt was looking cuter than ever in a polka dotted dress with ruffles! We hope they all had fun, with a line-up like that a party can't fail!
