The poor woman has just been in court to get a restraining order against crazy stalker guy David Nolte. She told the court that she feared for her life as Nolte had been sending her dirty letters and had even moved to LA to be closer to her. Scary stuff! The man is now not allowed anywhere near Jennifer, her family, or the studio where she shoots her show Ghost Whisperer.
