Kelly Osbourne started her new healthy lifestyle when she competed in Dancing with the Stars. Afterwards she continued being healthy and gave up junkfood completely, and worked out three days a week.

Jennifer Hudson knows that it takes time to have your dream body. She's lost 80 pounds with help of Weight Watcher's program and a personal trainer, but she let it take time to not hurt her body.

Kelly Clarkson decided to begin a healthier lifestyle and she lost a few pounds during. "Really, what I try to instill in my fans is to be healthy and happy. I have no desire to be super-skinny", she said about her new look.

Lily Allen says she had her "brain reprogrammed" and slimmed down from size 12 to an eight. "I just want to get more toned and healthy. I'm really good about everything at the moment - I've never been happier", she said. She also gave up smoking when starting her new lifestyle.

Mischa Barton hasn't really been known for living healthy the past few years, but once her body started to pretty much falling apart after partying waaay too much, she decided to give up that lifestyle. Today she's on a vegan diet and her only bad habit is that she still smokes from time to time.
