Grandpa Jamie Spears, the Nanny and a Bodyguard took pop star Britney Spears' sons Jayden James Federline and Sean Preston Federline to a Medical Clinic in Tarzana, California. The two toddlers seemed happy hanging out with their entourage.

Britney Spears and her entire entourage were spotted at the Mr. Bones pumpkin patch in West Hollywood. Spears took her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, to pick up some pumpkins to carve before the upcoming Halloween holiday. The pop princess and her boys, that were wearing matching shirts, were surrounded by bodyguards. They were also accompanied by a nanny and an assistant!

Britney Spears has really turned her life around and we're thrilled to see it! Friday afternoon the popstar was spotted picking up her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James from their Halloween decorated school in L.A. accompanied by her father, two bodyguards and a nanny. The family then steered their white Cadillacs to the nearest McDonalds where the boys picked up some treats! It's great to see everyone so well!

Britney Spears visits some friends in Bel Air with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and her father Jamie Spears. Britney seems to be up on her feet again, the last couple of weeks she has been looking better than ever and she seems very happy.
