It was extremely difficult to pick out the 9 best dressed this week. Many celebs seem to dress up during the summer which makes it much harder (but more fun) for us. The list contains both regulars like Sienna Miller and newcomers like Willa Holland and Miranda Kerr!

The City star Whitney Port has had a tough year. She has moved to New York from LA, started a big new job and had a up-and-down relationship with Jay Lyon! All of this in front of cameras too! She spoke to Cosmopolitan Magazine and told them how overwhelming it is to have to live your life like that. We hope its not all too much for Whitney, because we love watching her and would hate the show to end!

Looking gorgeous as usual! Whitney doesn't look happy to be caught on film! Gotcha!
We are confused. Just a week or two ago, The City execs announced that Whitney Port and Jay Lyon had officially broken up and that they would no longer be together after the shows season finale. The season finale was on March 16, but we spotted Whitney and Jay strolling through the streets of New York, looking very much the happy couple!

It is official! Whitney Ports very public and on-camera relationship with rocker Jay Lyon is over! The season finale of Whitney's new show "The City" will be all about the break-up. Whitney says it has been really hard to start a new relationship with cameras watching all the time "It kind of speeds the relationship up. It takes a lot of the spontaneity out of it.?
