Paper Magazine's annual Beautiful People party was held the other night in Katy Perry's honor and the singer showed up to the event in a Matthew Williamson for H&M dress! The dress is just one of the many pieces that the British designer created for H&M and will be released on April 23rd in H&M stores all around the world!
