Dawsons Creek Star James Van Der Beek dined out with his wife Heather McComb at Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood. The couple looks so happy, but why was Heather holding and covering her tummy? Could James and Heather be joining the celebrity baby boom or was it just indigestion starting to set in? Time will tell.
