Hugh Hefner recently announced that he is selling his Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills for $27,995,000. The house was built in 1929, designed in English Manor-style. It´s over 7,300 square feet of living space and features a formal living room, dining room, library, many toilets and a huge hallway entrance. Upstairs there´s three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, where the playboy bunnies stayed. The master suite which includes a fireplace and walk-in dressing room with mirrored doors. The estate grounds back to the Los Angeles Country Club and also has a large motor court and views of the golf course. And don´t forget the famous grottto and the guest house in the yard. Now the question is, who´s gonna be the new owner of this huge mansion?
