In our recent post about Lindsay Lohan we told you about how she sued Pitbull for abusing her name in his hit song, "Give Me Everything."

This past Wednesday Pittbull taped an apology to Lindsay where he explained that he honestly meant no harm. And to prove his point, Pitbull invited Lilo to the VMA's where he was planning to perform the song! Smooth, Pitbull, real smooth.

Sources close to Lindsay say that she has no intentions of going to the VMA's, and she is NOT accepting the apology, so the case has not been dropped! Do you think Lindsay should hold her grudge, or should she forgive and forget?

I'v honestly never heard the song, but really,
like he's the first person to say something bad
about her, its a song lyric for gods sake, who
cares, if anything shes just drawing more
attention to it. It's not like she has a good
reputation to ruin anyway

im not a huge of pitbull but lohan is stupid. she
just seeks attention now that she's a nobody. why
doesn't she sue GLEE while she is at it? they also
made her "bad publicity" in one of the episode..
