It's time. Lindsay Lohan is heading back to jail. This time for 30 days! At her most recent hearing, Lilo admitted that she violated her probation so the judge sentenced her to 30 days in jail. But will Lilo really spend all 30 days behind bars? No!

To put it simply, due to overcrowding, most inmates with small misdemeanors only spend 20% of their sentence behind bars, so chances are likely that Lilo will spend just 6 days behind bars. And after her jail sentence, Lilo has a very strict schedule for completing the rest of her probation. She must complete a total of 24 days working at the morgue and 8 psychotherapy sessions by March 29 or she goes to jail for 270 days! So Lilo, it's time to get serious or else you're going to be locked up for a long, long time! (TMZ)
