It all started when Katy traveled to India in early April, the very place where she and her ex-husband Russell Brand were both engaged and married. The trip made her nostalgic and stirred up her old feelings, the friend stated: "She's a lost soul right now." But Russell is not convinced of a reconciliation: "Right now he's trying to get to the point where they can at least be friends," a source reveals.
