OMG! Miley Cyrus was sporting a seriously big rock on Twitter the other day! The singer has been dating "The Hunger Games" star, Liam Hemsworth since 2009 when they met on the film "The Last Song." Miley tweeted a pic of her fresh manicure and didn't try to hide that fact that she had a big diamond ring on her left hand! We also spotted the ring at "The Hunger Games" premiere. So of course everyone is wondering if the two are engaged? Miley is only 19 and Liam is 22- are they old enough to get married? Maybe they should slow things down a bit! (tmz)
