Here Is Beyonce's Extreme Diet To Get In Shape For Upcoming Tour!

Beyonce is soon going out on her world tour, and for her - that also means looking as good as she possibly can. Now she's revealed what she does - and eats - to stay in shape.

"Eliminating all other liquids (but water) really brings down the calorie count... and I just try to keep my diet balanced. I always have breakfast - say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or wholegrain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner I eat a lot of fish and vegetables.", she told in Shape magazine.

But even Queen B has her days when she allows herself to cheat: "Even when I'm being strict, though, I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it's pizza, which is my favorite indulgence", she also said.
