Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night after paramedics were called to her home. Sources close to Demi say that she is seeking "further professional assistance." No one really knows why Demi was rushed to the hosptial but some are saying substance abuse and others are saying stress.

Demie's rep said, ""Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends." Demi has been throughout alot this year, especially after the cheating scandal and divorce from husband, Ashton Kutcher, we just hope she gets better. (tmz)
