Not a big fan of Britney Spears? Go ahead, she don't even care if you boo at her choices! Now that she's a judge on The X Factor she's gotten used to people not sharing her thoughts on all the musicians that audition for the show: "There's no way of prepping, really. You just get ready and you go out there and you do it", the singer revealed.

And her co-worker Simon Cowell couldn't agree more: "She's fearless", he said smiling. "I think she's really enjoying doing something other than singing. I think she likes being part of a team". Aah, we figured she'd do great being a judge, and it sounds like the rest of the group are happy with her too! (people)
