Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are in Mexico at the moment enjoying a romantic vacation in Mexico, perhaps celebrating a second engagement! The couple who everyone loves to hate was seen relaxing in the sun and kissing each other on the beach looking very happy indeed! Heidi famously called off the couple's engagement last year and she and Spencer took a short break from each other as you may have seen on the TV-show The Hills. According to Usmagazine however, Spencer has now managed to convince his girlfriend to marry him again and she has agreed! "I'm ready to marry Spencer," the 21-year-old star told the magazine, "He's my soulmate." Congratulations we guess!

Hot? Definitely. Functional? Not so much. Kate Beckinsale was spotted on the beach in Malibu yesterday with her daughter Lily and was wearing an outfit that wasn't very beach-appropriate! In a white lace dress and high wedges Kate tried to walk in the sand but didn't stand a chance when she chased after her daughter who was barefoot! Maybe Kate didn't want to wear a bikini yesterday but she could have worn flat shoes? Or maybe she could have taken off her shoes altogether?

After a busy day of birthday festivities at the Rossdale/Stefani home, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale celebrated Memorial Day with their son on a beach in Malibu. In a long flowing skirt and a tank-top that really showed off her big belly Gwen spent a long warm day carrying around her son on the beach. When it was time to bounce on the bouncy-castle however, Gwen stayed on the sidelines and watched while her husband played with little Kingston. We hope the little boy was wearing lots of sunscreen because it looked as though it was a very hot day!

Yesterday she was seen leaving her LA gym, Bally's, wearing a down jacket (a bit hot for LA no?) and blue Juicy pants after yet another work-out session with her personal trainer. Gorgeous actors Blake Lively and Penn Badgley aren't just a couple on Gossip Girl but in real life too! Yesterday they took a stroll around West Village in NYC together holding hands and looking very comfortable with each other. Blake was as usual très chic in her beige ruffled dress and contrasting vintage boots. Penn wasn't quite as fashionable in long linen shorts and ugly flip flops but hey, you can't be good at everything! Let's just hope their relationship lasts longer than it does on the show!

Nicole Richie took baby Harlow out for a stroll on a beautiful Memorial Monday in Los Angeles yesterday. The little rocker princess Harlow had had a busy Sunday, attending Gwen Stefani's son Kingston's birthday party along with other celebrity offspring and was probably glad to take it a little easy yesterday. Nicole wore a black pea coat and jeans while out walking so we're guessing it's not very hot in LA at the moment? At least the sun was out!
