The best news about Rachel Bilson since the O.C. ended! She is going to be the star of a brand new TV show! We all fell in love with Rachel as Summer on the hit TV show and now she is going to be in "Hart of Dixie" a drama by the same executive producer as the O.C. and Gossip Girl, Josh Schwartz! So far only the pilot is an official go, but we bet its going to be a hit! (PerezHilton)
