Playboy model and Hugh Hefner's old girlfriend Holly Madison fit right in with her dirndl dress at the Oktoberfest at Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas were she was named Official Keg Tapper for the evening! Holly's only job that night was to serve beer and look cute in her dress and it seems she did her job very well!

In true Girls Next Door style, former girlfriends Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison threw a surprise baby shower for Kendra and it was jam packed with Play Boy bunny girls and playmates! Hugh Hefner and his 3 new girlfriends Kristina, Karissa and Crystal even made an appearance! It looked like quite a party! There was even a full grown baby!

Playboy boss Hugh Hefner's most famous ex girlfriends Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt are double dating again! This time at least they are not dating the same guy! We spotted the girls in matching pink and black outfits on a date to the theatre in Hollywood to see the Legally Blonde Musical (what else). Bridget was with her new boyfriend, director Nick Carpenter and the two looked really in love, while Holly was with a cute mystery guy! Its great to see the girls out and about and dating again!

8. How passé are actress Shailene Woodleys jeans!? Shailene must be absolutely the last person on earth to pick up this trend, so sad... plus these kinds of jeans with a high waist never looked good on anyone.

7. Ooops, this dress doesn't bring out actress Veronica Greys best curves. On the contrary, it looks like Veronica has extremely short legs... and where is her neck?

6. Can you believe that Disney star Jennifer Stone is only 16 years old?? No, we didn't think so. This outfit makes her look at least 20 years older!

Still, it keeps us entertained to look at all the new fashion disasters! A prime example this week was Kat Von D and glamour model Holly Madison this week?!
