Lady Gaga received a special award at the ACE Fashion Awards last night for her amazing, creative and crazy use of accessories that go with her unique outfits. The awards ceremony was held in New York city and some of the city's most amazing fashin divas were there, including supermodel Agyness Deyn, designers Marc Jacobs and Christian Siriano and of course, Lady Gaga's outfit for the occasion was spectacular!
