Whose Tattooed Feet?

Fans might have recognised those foot tattoos immediately, but for those of you who don't its Hilary Duff! Hilary is back home in Los Angeles after her stint guest-starring on Gossip Girl in NYC. She made the best of a rainy day yesterday and treated herself to a manicure and pedicure at Venus Nails. Hilary really got into the holiday spirit with her dark red nails, we think the look great, as does she! Oh and in case you can't see the tattoos clearly, there is an anchor on her left ankle and the words "let it be" on her right foot.
