A couple of years ago you wouldn't believe that Hilary Duff was going to be one of the sexiest stars in Hollywood. But now she is! She is also on the cover of the magazine, looking sexy and grown up! Hilary was number 24 on the list. Before her there were hotties like Lindsay Lohan, Ashley Tisdale, Eva Longoria and Scarlett Johansson. The Victoria's Secret Model Marisa Miller was number 1.
