Hilary Duff's father Bob is going to spend ten days in jail because of a fight with his ex-wife, Hilary's mother. So what happened? You might think he hit her, like Hayden Panettiere's dad hit her mother, but no. According chron.com, Hilary's mother thought that they should spend 25000 dollars on Hilary's birthday party because that's what they spent on her big sister Haylie Duff's party. Wasn't that unnecessary? Especially when Hilary probably prefers to pay for the whole thing herself rather then see her father in jail.

cuz' Duff's parents got in to a little tift?
Especially over a party... I mean a lot of rents'
have had that argument and they're not in jail...
at least I on't think so..hehe
