Singer and actress Hilary Duff was spotted shopping at Dos Gallos furniture store in West Hollywood, California, recently. Hilary was dressed very strangely and rather ugly. She looked like she just rolled out of bed wearing a baggy grey sweater paired with rolled-up yellow sweats... Hilary, what the heck is going on?!
