Hilary Duff was spotted arriving at Partys restaurant in Toluca Lake yesterday afternoon where she had lunch with her big sister Haylie Duff! When the paparazzi caught Hilary on film last week she was wearing a thick sweater and a wool scarf but it seems she has now left winter behind! Wearing cut-off jeans and sandals Hilary instead looked like she was ready for summer!
