Last week we wrote about how cloche hats are back in style and we guess Hilary Duff reads our stuff because yesterday she showed up at Magnolia in her own cloche hat! Hilary matched her blue hat with knee-high boots and a Chanel bag, a great look...if she only took the hat off!
