Gossip Girl is not the only thing keeping actress Hilary Duff busy in Manhattan at the moment! She is also in The Business of Falling in Love, not for real of course, but she will be starring in a TV movie for ABC as a journalist who is looking for love and finds it in all the wrong places of course! We spotted Hilary braving the freezing New York weather yesterday filming some scenes for the movie! She looked so lovely in that dress too!
