Move over Serena, there is a new girl on the Upper-East Side! As we told you before, Hilary Duff is joining the cast of Gossip Girl and it looks like her character is going to be stirring up some love trouble! We spotted her on her first day of filming yesterday and most of her scenes were with Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford. Are you thinking what we're thinking? A new love triangle!
