Even though all other students wants to thwart their dreams, the pair resists peer pressure and rivalry, inspiring everyone else not to "stick to the status quo".

Ashley donated her performance fee to the charity, so cool!

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale took time out of her crazy schedule to perform live last night in California for a good cause! She took part in the Donate Life Concert and really rocked the house! From her torn jeans to her head-banging dance moves and tunes, Ashley is really showing has grown up into a real rocking performer, but not so grown up that she has lost her sweetness! Of all the High School Musical stars, Ashley Tisdale has got to be the most relaxed and drama-free! She has had no nude scandals, no crazy relationship dramas or ever been caught even partying too much! All we can really say about Ashley is that her fashion is a bit edgier than it was a few years ago when she was in the Disney show. We have to say we like Ashley's punky style! We spotted her rehearsing for a live performance in Hollywood and she looked super-cool in her torn, distressed jeans and black tunic top! She really is growing up in style!
