Lucky girl gets all the goodie bags too!

Hayden Panettiere is sucha lucky girl! She has spent most of the week relaxing on a luxury yacht of the French Riviera enjoying all the festivities at the Cannes Film Festival! What a fantastic holiday break! All good things must come to an end though and we spotted Hayden leaving the yacht and on the way to the airport. Looks like its back to work for Hayden, she will be busy promoting her new movie I Love You, Beth Cooper over the summer while she is on a break from her tv show Heroes.

Wow, what a hottie! It seems Heroes star Hayden Panettiere fell victim to peer pressure and booked herself a ticket to the French Riviera too! The actress was spotted jetting around on a jetski outside of Cap d'Antibes and we're guessing she'll probably show up at a party or two this weekend as well!

9. Supermodel Kate Moss looked really nice just being casual in tight jeans, a loose top, slim jacket and cool sunglasses from Ray-Ban.

8. Actress Amanda Bynes looked girlish pretty in this white flounce-dress.

7. One of our favorites, Posh Spice/Victoria Beckham, is black, black, black! And it feels so right!

6. Heroes star Hayden Panettiere matched her clutch bag with a white tank top, tight jeans and a black jacket. Nice! Her haircut however, was not as flattering.

Must be a bit boring to sit in a restaurant all alone, we think!

Super star power that is! Heroes co-stars Hayden Panettiere and Adrian Pasdar had an extremely private lunch at Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood yesterday! So private that no one else was allowed into the dining room for the 3 hours that the two enjoyed their meal! You know you have hit the big time when you can shut down one of the most popular restaurants in Hollywood! Could this be a romance?!
