Nope, it wasn't Victoria Bekcham though she's usually first to pick up on shoe trends! Heidi Montag was on her way to Crown Bar wearing the new and gorgeous beige Gucci heels when she almost stepped in a squished orange peel. Thank god for huge bodyguards who have their eyes open!
