Spencer Pratt is Becoming "King"!

What will this guy think of next to attract attention? The Hills star Spencer Pratt has announced that he is legally changing his name. Spencer says that he has decided that America needs a king and has decided to take the role himself! That is why he wants to change his legal name to King Spencer Pratt and of course he thinks his wife Heidi Montag(Pratt) deserves a royal title too!
